15th Dec we left Citadines at Bourke St.at 9am. Unfortunately one of us left phone at hotel so had to double back. Reached Apex at 10.30am flight is at 12.15pm. Ask Apex for help to expedite so
that we will not miss the flight.
Not one iota of help. Told them we late they know we were late yet they refused to help. One guy didctry but obviously was told not to. Had to wait for the van. Van came no organization let customers pack in luggages then realises 2 person cannot get in. So tookbout luggage again n to add insult to injury they too the 2 displace persons who were not late in the car instead of us. Told driver that we were late could he help and the answer was you should have come early and we droped offfar away from the international departure. Imagone old foggies of 65 to 71 yrs old luggage large 30kg trundling along and not knowing where Scoot departure is.
10.30am arrival flight at 12.15pm readers don't you think if they help we would have got the flight?
Is this a horror story or not.Sure if everything is on time company is honkidorry but its when situation like this arise that we'll know the true nature of the company. The manageresd by the name of Brookes said"Sir you were late we are only responsible to get you to yhe aurport within 30 minutes hence we are noy legally responsible." Nary a word of sorry. Quoting from the book of Muad'dib " where actrocities are perpetrated it is known to the perpetretor and sometimes the victims. Additional airfare causr us A$6k+ but its not the money its how people like this get into the service industry and does the management condone such behaviour?
I am on a crusade to tell the world of such utterly unacceptsble behaviour.
