We are traveling as a family to Australia towards the end of the year and will be in Perth around 10th December until approximately 22nd December 2018.
We will be 4 adults and 2 small children (a 2 year old and 5 month old ish by then).
We are currently looking into hiring a 6 berth camper van and trying to see as much as we can in the time we have. We may even arrive in Perth slightly earlier than the 10th Dec - this is a rough date at the moment.
We are looking to do the SouthWest Corner Margaret River - but wanted to know how long everyone would recommend for this part of the West Coast and places to definitely see and things to definitely not miss.
We are planning on then traveling up the West Coast but we are undecided how far we will go as we are definitely returning the camper van back to Perth. So any help, advice and suggestions on what to see north of Perth, realistically how far to travel up and how long to spend on this part of our trip too!
We have heard about free camping spots and would love it if someone could help shed some more information on this and how we can find out some more information regarding these places/ areas. Where they are? Is there power on these sites? Or generally great places to pitch our camper van for the night, recommended camp sites.
Oh and as we are traveling with two very small children any advice, tips and help on this would be great also.
