Food Prices - Surfers Paradise

I am looking for typical food and drink prices in and around Surfers Paradise in order to estimate AUD currency that I need to carry for my upcoming family trip:

1. 500ml bottle of drinking water

2. A can of coke (bought at a convenience store)

3. A can of beer

4. A combo meal at McDonalds

5. Fish-n-chips at a non-fancy restaurant

6. Buffet dinner at a restaurant (again, not a high end restaurant)

Also, is tap water in Surfers Paradise good for drinking or is it something not heard of?

Thanks for the replies....

Bottled water - buy from Coles or Woolworths supermarket, $1.00 for 1.25 litre ($4.00 in convenience store)

Coke - $3.00 a can from 7/11 or around $2.00 from Coles or Woolworths

Beer - can around $2.80 for mid strength to $3.50 for full strength at a liquor store. (case of 24-30 is around $38-$40)

McDonalds - expect to pay around $7.00 for a combo meal

Fish and Chips - depends where you go, upwards of $10-15

Buffet dinner - exect to pay $25 plus per person. Price will determine quality.

Tap water is absolutely fine to drink, 100% safe

bring your own water bottle and just re-fill as necessary (just make sure it is empty when you go through at Changi airport security or they will confiscate it)
