Refresh Farm (Qing Xiang Nong Chang)

We went in Dec 2012. There was strawberry and white carrots to pick. Suitable for family with young kids. I brought my two boys aged 10 and 15 to have a different experience - the tranquil surrounding, fresh air, cool weather and personally plucking the fruits. Worth visiting but don't have to stay too long if your kids are older because may bore them. Can go for DIY strawberry jam and BBQ. Saw a group of local children doing these and looks fun. Can consider taking MRT to Neihu station, exit 2 turn left. A short distance away is the bus stop. Take S3, it's a mini bus but must be patient. Arrival interval is every 30 mins. Tap your travel card upon alighting. Ask the friendly driver to let you know when reaching Da Qiu Tu Di Gong Mao (it's a mini temple). You will see the sign leading you to the walking path towards the farm. Oct to Dec (pomelo) oct to march (mushroom, orange, strawberry) call before going to make sure avoid large group, for more personal service and better experience. Cannot eat as you pluck. Pay by the grams for how much you pluck.
