Spa experience

I am spending 3 weeks. Most of the vacation will be spent traveling with my son and his family. I'll have 6 days broke in half on my own. Here are some questions:

1. Is there a great spa in Seoul or Suwon that I should try. What is a spa like? Is a bathing suit optional (I'm 68) and no I don't want to spend the night

2. Are Sim cards available? Which is the best internet service?

3. Where can I hire a good shopping guide? I like to get it done efficiently, my knees won't last all day.

4. Have international travelers resumed in force?

Here is my basic plan

Day 1 Sons house rest

Day 2 -4 Danyang with family

Day 4 Evening train to Seoul.

Day 5 -7 Seoul DMZ, sightsee, shop, train back to Humphrey's

Day 8 -11 Gyeongju with son

Day 12 -14 Suwon area - fortress, ceramics, village

Day 15-17 sons house

Anything I must see or try? Food or sites?

Thank you for your input
