1. Re: Itinerary

I would skip the Marriott and spend that extra time at the Padma. Cheers

2. Re: Itinerary

Is it just yourself? If so I don't think it's too much as you can investigate the different areas, and shift easily, others will probably disagree. If you have a companion perhaps merge the first six nights.

I can't comment on Gili Air and whether it's worth the transport time, but Lombok would be good.

Perhaps swap Seminyak - islands - Legian, Ubud, Sanur.

3. Re: Itinerary

As mentioned above choose Seminyak or Legian.

Kuta merges into Legian into Seminyak.

From your choices the best itinerary/route would be

Seminyak or Legian - Ubud - Gilis/Lombok - Sanur

This makes the best use of your time and is easier for taking advantage of fastboats to Gilis (free pickup in Ubud and transfer to Padangbai for departure).

Depending on your exact Lombok Itinerary will determine if better to fly back from Lombok to DPS.

Hi Charmaine,

how many are you.

When.

GILIS/LOMBOK ITINERARY FLYING

If you intend to get to Gilis via flying you should note that if you say kept more or less your current itinerary then

Seminyak/Legian to Gili Air will take ~ 5hrs - that is quickest and assumes you would have a combined private driver/private speedboat transfer from Lombok Airport to Gili Air. This costs IDR900k one way (for max 2PAX).

If you intended to do Lombok then Gilis then fly back you would have to leave GIli Air ~ 3h30 before your flight departs Lombok. Again assumes private speed boat/driver to airport.

This basically because Lombok Airport to Bangsal Harbour can take 2hrs drive even with a private driver.
