VISA QUESTIONS ***Please don’t ask read here***

DISCLAIMER: WE ARE NOT VISA EXPERTS SO PLEASE CONTACT THE BUREAU OF IMMIGRATION FOR LATEST AND CORRECT INFORMATION.

We receive duplicated visa questions via the forum almost every week that are easily answered by looking online or reading prior Tripadvisor threads.

As this is a travel forum, answers provided by members may or may not be correct and we may not be up to date with all the information.

This link below provides FAQs to common visa questions. Please read.

Link below:

http://www.immigration.gov.ph/faqs/travel-req

The FAQs listed in the above link include information such as:

1. Which countries can enter without a visa and stay for 30 days.

2. Indians that may be eligible to stay longer than 14 days.

3. Who is exempt from the 6 month passport validity rule.

And lots more.

If your question isn't answered here please contact the the PHILIPPINE Bureau of Immigration either through their website link <<< http://www.immigration.gov.ph/ >>>> go to contacts top of the page OR contact them on their Facebook page <<< https:/…officialbureauofimmigration >>

I will request to have this pinned to the top as a "sticky thread" and a closed topic as I'm sure we will be inundated with questions despite the topic heading.

To make life easier, aside from the Philippine Bureau of Immigration, the various Philippine embassies and consulates around the world will answer all types of visa questions for free as they issue different categories of visas if you need one. All you need to do is call any embassy nearest you during their published office hours.

Here's the alphabetical list of EMBASSIES and CONSULATES of the Philippines including their telephone numbers, fax numbers, e-mail and website --> dfa.gov.ph/about-us/…embassies-and-consulates

iv seen my filipino relatives line up at 5am in the morning at a PBI office, line up all day only to be turned away at 5pm and told to come back the next day. I couldnt think of a worse place to go to to have a 2min problem solved.
