It will be the school holidays already. Park is only open from 10-6pm, generally the place empties out around 5 pm and the queues will shorten considerably. You can decide on the EP when you get to the park, but given the short opening hours, if you want to be sure to complete everything, get the EP early (they get more expensive if the park gets more crowded).

Weekends, public holidays & school holidays tend to be more crowded. Weekdays can be quite busy too, but it depends largely on tour groups randomly visiting Sentosa. They can number from half a dozen to 30 members each, anecdotally arriving more often during the afternoon. As such, I suggest prioritizing the major USS rides as much as possible in the mornings after opening time. (Google for blogger tips.) Consider joining the single-rider queue, or buy the express pass, only after evaluating the situation on the day.

Unfortunately, the USS website timetable doesn't list extended opening hours for Nov 23, so you won't be able to take advantage of thinning queues after 5pm (when daytime visitors start to leave Sentosa en masse). If you can reschedule, USS is slated to remain open for 2 extra hours (until 8pm) from Nov 25 to 30.

You can also temporarily leave the park (get a handstamp at the exit) to visit nearby RWS attractions if it suits your plans.
