I have heard that the cost of lift to top of MBS includes your first drink. The view is apparently spectacular and sipping on a cocktail would be fantastic

If this is true, how do you book? Thank you

It is not a lift ride. Basically you are patronising the Ce La Vie Club Lounge/Skybar on the 57th. There is a cover admission of S$20 which can be offset against food and beverage purchases there. You will likely have to top up as there is a 17.7% GST and service charge on all menu items.

If the view is more important than a drink then the Observation deck gives a much better view, allows you to walk to the edge and 180degress around the cantilevered deck that projects out of the end.

Hi thank you for replying. The view is definitely why we would be there however having been to the observation deck at One World in New York, the crowds, the queues lack of seating made the trek less enjoyable.

Ok thank you folks. I was thinking this but could not find out for certain. I’ve talked to people that have been there in the past and have used the pool even though they were not staying at the hotel.

Dean, How did those people get past security? Only registered guests can swim in the pool.

Hi

We went up to Ce La Vie Club and did this. We turned up early at the ticket desk around 4.30pm, smart casual dressed and were lucky and got a table fairly easy. We loved having drinks and the atmosphere was fantastic with live music. We ended up having a meal at our table, we stayed there for a couple of hours as the sun set. We could see the pool area but as mentioned the pool access is for Marina Bay Sands guests only. They have security there now.
