hello sir,

m indian passport holder, if m travelling in same airline with stop at changi airport do i need transit visa for stopover? cuz flight is landing in T3 and departing from T1 ....and airline is qantas.

No VISA needed if it is the same airline through to Aussie. Singapore has no TRANSIT or VISA ON ARRIVAL facilities.

As per your description being on the full service carrier and a single PNR, you do not need a visa to connect in Singapore.

Hi Parminder S,

There is a free train in the transit area that can take you from one terminal to another without any need to pass the immigration or customs. Just ensure that there is enough time between the two flights (preferred is 2 hours in case the 1st leg of the journey is a bit delayed).
