Singapore Airlines - Transfer Time

Looking at flights with Singapore Airlines (Business Class) flying Manchester to Auckland with a change of planes at Singapore. The transfer time is 50mins which seems really tight. Has anyone done this ? should I worry or is this doable ? I can run but I'm not Usain Bolt !

Yes that’s fine. MCT at Changi is 45min, and that’s with changing terminals. But SQ Flights to Auckland leaves from T3 and flights from Manchester typically land at T3 as well.

I'm a Genzeb Shumi. Nice to meet you, Usain.

With SQ on with legs Even 15 min connection is not a problem. It's all àirline responsibility. You are in good hands, book with confidence and enjoy business class.

If flying business, if your inwards is running a bit late and connection becomes tight, they will often pop you on a golf buggy and take you to your next gate. So not really any need for concern.

I have done very tight connections in Singapore and have always managed to catch the plane so don't worry too much.

Do be aware that if your inbound flight is late and they have to rush you to your gate in a golf buggy, quite often your suitcase will not make the connection so best to have a change of clothing in your hand luggage as a precaution until your case catches up with you.

It is no problem at all. You have more than sufficient time.
