I haven't yet found too much in the way of official videos.

The best of the official ones so far are the National Parks Board with their YouTube channel covering a lot of the open spaces in Singpore.

Within that there is a series of good ones aimed for kids (and this adult still enjoyed) under the control of an animated character Peeky the Pangolin

The wildlife parks are under the WRS channel. There been no formal virtual tour set up so these are collections of clips and infomercials but some are decent

I have just started looking into the National Heritage boards channel - particularly the walking tours that they have as PDFs on their website seem to have videos attached in the channel

I would say that Lionel Swee's youtube channel 'Living Like Lionel' is the most engaging private Youtuber that I have found so far for showing city sights

They run a travel company yes, but the link they cite is for the Singapore Tourist Board website and its Virtual Tours page - so they are not self promoting within the Guidelines. The old ban on profile names etc seems long gone in the Guidelines - unless you can find it then their avatar may indeed fall foul.
