Just wonder if there is such an organization for free walking tour in Dubrovnik? Thank you for any information. If not, any other with charge that one can just join in without pre registering?

Best visit the official Dubrovnik Tourism Board information office at the Pile gate or in Gruz port, and ask!

I have looked into this as we will be there soon. There is "Dubrovnik walks" that has a old town 90min walking tour that does cost 16e (~17-18 usd). You can just show up w/o reservations accd to their website. It runs daily at 10, 12, 1, & 7pm. I have not found one of those free walking tours that u find through Europe in Dubrovnik or split.
