Sirius card

Hi all

I have recently been registered as a Sirius member not yet used it

Plan on booking a spa day At jumeirah jabeel Saray and a meal at Zheng he in Madinat jumeirah

A) How do I use the card ?

b) What benefits do I get from using the card

c) if I collect points from spa can I use in my meal?

The spa and meal are in the same day

Thanks in advance

You just present the card when you pay

You will get points for each dirham you spend

to benefit and start redeeming your points you need to collect a lot of points first, so unfortunately you will not be able to benefit unless you live here and use it often.

Solkar - to truly get the optimum results from any loyalty program, the member needs to read and fully understand the terms, conditions, offers etc. themselves. All of your questions (and more) could be answered by a little research.

This isn't meant as a sleight, but everyone uses loyalty programs differently and what suits one person may not work for the next person.

In my own opinion, Sirius isn't really a decent loyalty program - indeed most local loyalty programs aren't really up to par with global ones. Far better to look for a global loyalty program with a decent presence in Dubai - e.g. Starwood Preferred Guest, Marriott Rewards, IHG etc. as they're generally better developed, with more offers.

As Maher mentions, you need to invest a bit to benefit - and it takes time and money. Far better perhaps if you're looking for value offers to consider Entertainer, or maybe even ISME (Jumeirah), or an app or program where you can buy and get instant value back (e.g. discounts, or freebies)
