Is there an Angkor temple pass longer than 7 days?

Returning to Siem Reap for 14 days and I am wondering if there is a longer than 7 day temple pass for tourists?

Hi tangojohndallas

There are a great number of other temple ruin sites which you can visit on day trips for which you don’t use your pass but pay separately. For example, at Beng Melea the entry fee is $5. You could spread the use of your 7 day pass interspersed with other location visits.

And what, precisely, are these,- -there are a great number of other temple ruin sites which you can visit on day trips for which you don’t use your (Angkor) pass but pay separately - other than Beng Mealea or Phnom Kulen in close proximity to Siem Reap?

What is this great number of other temples?

Many of the other sites require a "donation".

Best regards. Ian/Angkorlad

Thank you for the suggestion of Beng Mealea. I was not familiar with it and after reading about it and seeing pictures I am very excited to go. Would you suggest taking a tour from Siem Reap or could you go by tuk tuk?

Hello tangojohnDallas

I've gone to Beng Melea by tuk tuk, car and by bus. I would suggest a car. There are also more than one route to get there.

Best regards. Ian/Angkorlad

Koh Ker, Preah Vihear and Banteay Chmar are also excellent options for day/side trips to impressive temples with their own separate entry fees.

Thank you Lenny. You beat me to it, not that I feel the need to defend myself from unnecessary sarcasm.

I've done Preah Vihear as a day trip had about 4 hours at the Temple before heading back.

tangojohnDallas, I would definitely take a car to Beng Melea, but it is a wonderful side trip!
