Rumor has it smoking will be allowed 30 days from today. I guess health isn’t an issue anymore.
And how much would you be willing to wager that you WON'T see the average table limits come back down to where they were pre-COVID? I mean, come on!! At least be consistent in getting things back to pre-pandemic status.
Figures! Right in time for July 4th. Ah well. It was good while it lasted.
This is kind of like the last time, when we had smoke free for awhile.
So it's back to reeking when you leave and rushing to do the laundry when you get home.
Everything was going so well, I wonder why they are going backwards.
Just like last time, the end of it started when the smokers started lighting up at the slot machine. I tried to stop them.
Oh well, casinos are the last places they can smoke. I feel very sorry for the employees.
Actually when I was there last time May 26th, after wrestling with a smoker, the Manager told me they were going to allow smoking "next" month.Edited: 05 June 2021, 09:29
That's how people are these days. It's all about me, me, me, I can't control myself. I must have everything I want IMMEDIATELY.

The non smoking and smoking areas are equivalent to the non peeing sections in the communal pools in AC.
Then don't go. Everything cannot be the way you want it. Guess what? The vast majority of gamblers smoke. It is what it is. The last time they tried this it FAILED MISERABLY. People lost jobs left & right. But that's ok by you, apparently, so long as things are your way. But there won't be an AC if things are your way. Have you considered that? Of course not. If you want a non smoking environment, there are other casinos like that. The way AC is set up, it accommodates both smokers & non. I've been in both areas and it works.
They don't have to work there...and you don't have to go there. The casinos are set up to accommodate both smokers & non. And it works just fine. Everything can't be your way or one way. It's nice that it can work for all. And as I have commented here to others, banning smoking WILL bleed jobs dry. Just like last time. So if you want to ban it, plan on most places shuttering in due course.
Try getting a room in July or August, or any weekend. Sold out. And they can’t find enough help now. Your statements are ludicrous.
To be fair, I just booked a weekend in mid August at the HR. I can pretty much book several brands in July and August.
