Starry Minsu (清境民宿觀星園景觀山莊) is one of home stay (minsu) popular with forumers. It is one of the highest points in Cingjing where you can have a good view of the stars at night during fine weather and a clear sky. Starry Minsu is not near the tourist centre though.

Stay near the tourist centre (Mist Plaza) if you like the convenience of amenities nearby.

I am trying to choose between Guo Min Cingjing minsu, Starry minsu and EuroCountry minsu in Cingjing farm. Which of these have the best location? That is, not too far from the happening area, eg. grass grass greenland, the place to see sheep, etc.?

guomin and eurocountry are better located, both close to each other.
