Can one get from Xian to Jingdezhen easily without returning to Beijing or Shanghai?

we suggest you to fly from Xi'an to Jingdezhen by air considering both on cost and time.

If you return to Beijing again, it is a waste for time and fees.

Yours sincerely,

That is exactly what I want to do, but on the internet have not been able to locate any flights from Xian to the nearest airport at Tunxi. Thankyou for any help.

Jingdezhen does have its own airport, but it's very small and doesn't have many connections. In fact it looked like an abandoned airstrip when my flight stopped over there in Dec 2003 when I flew from Shanghai to Shenzhen.

The nearest airport that would have direct flights from Xi'an would be Nanchang. Currently China Eastern MU2281 (0730--0900) flies on Tue/Wed/Thu/Sat, Xiamen Airlines MF8208 (2010--2140) flies daily.

there is no flight from Xian to JindeZhen. BUT there is flight from Xian to Tunxi (2 hr car/bus from Jindezhen). My suggestion: to to Tunxi, visit all the villages(where they film" hidden dragon, couching tigher") around Tunxi , go to Hunangshan (A must, spend a night on the mountain)....afterward, if you must, take a ride to Jindezhen. Jindezhen is really not attractive at all....
