Most of the resorts will be hosting Easter brunches. We chose Camelback Inn this year. They have outside seating with views. If you go there make that request when you make your reservation. Reservations are recommended just about anywhere.

Our local newspaper ran an article this week that listed many, many brunches. There is something for everyone so I hope you'll find a place that works for you. Consider Metro Brasserie which has a nice patio on Southbridge (not the full-blown diet-busting all-u-can-eat menu), Tonto Bar & Grill in Cave Creek, Lon's, or one of the restaurants at Four Seasons for views and patios.

Lon's at the Hermosa has a fantastic brunch. As mentioned, most of the resorts, and many restaurants, have good brunches. However, at this late date, you might have trouble getting reservations anywhere that has a patio - those places usually fill up way in advance. I would call ASAP.
