Old las palmas - Nice?

We are looking at renting a house in the Old Las palmas area is this area a good choice? There is another house which is a possibility withis located near Indian canyons golf club, which would be best we are 2 couples in our early 40's with a 13 year old.

It's an excellent choice....that is probably the nicest area in town, old established gated homes, old Palm Springs charm, lots of foilage and old trees... old movie star homes, Kirk Douglas, Elvis, etc.....it was an upscale area 30-40 years ago, and ..its stayed strictly residential too

And from most of that area you can walk into town.....

That is very reassuring, when you are paying quite a bit for a rental and really do not know where it is! It does state that it is in walking distance from downtown. thanks

The house is 1401 N Cam Centro,

Yes, Old Las Palmas area is a nice area to rent in. I like the lay out of the streets. Your address is close to walking to Palm Canyon Dr.
