Restaurants near Davenport

Hi,

Does anyone have any restaurant recommendations near Davenport?

My son is staying there for a golf camp, and his 17th birthday falls during that week.

We are staying at the Marriott Grande Vista ourselves.

We like Fish Bones, but it looks like a bit of a hike.

Thanks for your recommendations.

It is a big area, where exactly are you staying?

This is a quietish forum, so when you've waited and gotten some replies here I would think about going over the Orlando forum. Many people staying in Davenport are there to do the theme parks so even if staying in Davenport they will post there.

My son is staying in Highland Reserves, if that helps.

The Bonefish Grill on 192 has been recommended to me.

At Rolling Oaks your son will find a good collection of restaurants Longhorn, Applebees, Joes Crab Shack, Millers Ale House, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze and a few others. I agree with the recommendation of Bonefish Grill it's a family favourite of ours.

Of those above I like Bahama Breeze and Bonefish best, but think if you want crab legs you can do worse than going to Joe's. Pretty sure there is a Kobe beef up there too.

There is also the Applebees at the Berry town Centre, very close to Highlands Reserves. It's mainstream, but we've never had a bad meal there. Miller's Ale House on 192 is good as well, but quite busy
