Can't speak to much outside of the Portland area, but Portland has:

1) Cellardoor Winery- Located on Thompson's Point, this is the most known and visited winery IMO.

2) Eighteen Twenty Wines/Blue Lobster Wine- 219 Anderson St in the Bayside Section of the City. Located next to two great breweries (Goodfire and Lone Pine)

Sorry not much help.. If you need the craft beer scene I could give you more

Kind of depends on "where" in Maine you are going... If you literally mean between Boston and the New Hampshire-Maine border, you'll probably get a better response asking your question in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Forums of Trip Advisor.

Within Maine, the majority of wineries, or at least those on the Maine Wineries Guild website, appear to be located north of Portland and south of Bangor, but which might be convenient to visit will depend on what part(s) of the state you plan to visit after you get here.
