anyone ever use priceline to name a price for a hotel here

when i visited annapolis i ended up getting the westin for 90 per night (usually over 200 per night)..but I read on the annapolis forum that due to the few hotels in the area with a high star rating you were pretty much guaranteed either the westin or lowes. Just wondering if this might be the same for the hotels in grasonville. On the priceline site under grasonville it shows the "area" that the hotels are in, but I am not at all familiar with the area.
