HELP Please! Deadwood SD, Keystone, Big Horn, Yellowstone?

I have one shot to do this with my family and trying to get in a lot but need advise.

The plan is this but I have questions.

June 2 land in MSP. See the Mall and the drive to Sioux Falls and see the Falls at night. Spend Night.

June 3- Drive to Badlands- Told to do Loop Rd. Anything else? Drive to Keystone to see Mt Rushmore. Spend night. Suggestions here in keystone? Stay. Eat, must Sees?

June 4- Drive to Deadwood SD. Big Question. How much time needed here. I have 2 hours planned and then to little big horn. Is little big horn even worth it for family or is time better spent in Deadwood? What to do in Deadwood?

June 5- Drive to Yellowstone. Can I even do anything here in 5 hours or am I best to skip and spend more time in deadwood?

Then we drive to provo UT for the night.

June 6- Arches NP. 1 day. Should I spend more time here and skip the 5 hours in Yellowstone and skip Little big horn?

On June 5th, your plan to drive from Deadwood, South Dakota through Yellowstone Park and on to Provo, Utah to spend the night amounts to driving about 850 miles (if you enter Yellowstone Park via Cody, Wyoming and the east entrance). If you go via Little Big Horn and Billings, MT entering the park at Gardiner, MT (north entrance) and on to Provo to spend the night it amounts to driving about 880 miles. Add in stops for sightseeing, slower speed limits through Yellowstone Park, bathroom breaks, eating, gas stops, etc. and what you have planned is unrealistic.

There is a road trips forum that might be better for you to post your trip itinerary on to get advise.

I echo Deb's concerns. This is completely unrealistic.

If you have to go from Deadwood to Provo in one day you need to go directly from one to the other which is still 650 miles and about 10 hours of drive time wheels turning. You will never make it in 10 hours with family. You'll need to add in stops for food, fuel, comfort. You might be able to squeak in some time at the National Trails Interpretive Museum in Casper for a break but that is about it. There is no way you can also stop at Little Big Horn or Devil's Tower or anywhere else.

Forget Yellowstone. On the Yellowstone forum we normally recommend at least 4 nights/3 days to see the highlights. There are over 300 miles of paved roads in the park to explore.

The folks on the South Dakota forum can advise you about Deadwood but it's a casino town and to my mind pretty yucky, but I'm not a gambler. There are more interesting things to see in the Black Hills.

Arches really requires more than 1 night especially since you're trying to drive there from Provo and see what is in the area that day.

Do post on the Road Trips forum and tell them exactly how many days you have. Where do you fly out of and when? I think you need to cut back drastically on what you are trying to see as well as do some research in to what there is to see at your destinations of choice.
