Is it accurate that parking meters are not enforced (no tickets issued) on Saturdays in Portsmouth, as it seems to say on the official website? This seems odd to me, especially as they ARE enforced on Sunday afternoons? Thanks for any advice.
Well-it's free parking downtown starting 12-16.
Might want to call parking clerk's office re: Saturdays when that doesn't apply
