Group Dining

Can anyone recommend a place that can accommodate @ 5o people? My son's hockey team wil be playing in a tournament in March and all the families would like to gather for an end of the season dinner. We could go to a restaurant, or have a place cater and bring it into the hotel. We have a conference room tentatively booked. We were not impressed with what the hotel would offer in terms of food and have opted to bring food in, or go out.

If you choose to have it catered, avoid Bazza for pizza/wings - horrible. The food at Dancing Bears looked good and it's a pretty roomy place; they may be able to meet your needs. There is also a big Italian place going out of the village past the rink and skating oval but I can't remeber the name of it. The brew pub in town has a large area upstairs; they serve sandwiches and "pub grub".

Try Mr. Mike's--it's the one the other poster mentioned, but couldn't think of the name--walkable from the ice arena
