I'm looking for a place to stay in June with my husband and 18 month old daughter. We're interested in something with a beautuful scenery, nature and hiking trails around, if such a place exists in Amish country.
TIA.
Thank you.
We've been staying in the 2 BR-suites or 2-BR apartment-style rooms at The Inn of Kitchen Kettle. It offers the same views (cow, horses and rolling hills) that the Amishview Inn and Suites does. Check out the prices before you make any reservations. The Inn at KK gives you a free delicious continental breakfast at the Kling House Restaurant. Intercourse is a must see area while you're in the Pa Dutch Country.
That's what has kept me from the amish view inn and suites. Once a year, I take my brother with me (he's handicapped), and I need a 2 bedroom, I can't have him stay alone, in a separte room, in a hotel, it has to be a suite, and I have noticed that their prices are very high. I have stayed in the 2 bedroom suite at the revere inn, and the eden inn. The revere inn suite is beautiful, one queen bedroom, one king bedroom, full bath with jacuzzi tub, and separte walk in shower, living room with fire place, full kitchen area, and a second half bath, and it is much cheaper than the amish view.
