Way.com is a company working with homeowners near an airport to rent out their driveways for travelers to park there at a discounted price. They also arrange Uber, Lyft or taxi service to shuttle their customers between where they park and the airports. It is indeed a great idea. I actually valued their service for the past one year I have used them. Unfortunately, this all changed a few days ago. When I made my reservation to park near SFO, I was given this 650-300-5150
to call for pickup upon parking my car. Unfortunately, this number was DISCONNECTED when I
called on Dec 29, 2017! Why was I not notified in advance?! What kind of company would abandon a customer like this?! I am extremely disappointed!
