Does anyone know if the Septa kiosks at PHL accept regular credit cards (not prepaid) for payments?
Thank you in advance.
I’m almost positive they do. They do everywhere else.
Yep. Same kiosks as everywhere else.
Why wouldn't they? If anything, prepaid credit cards would be the issue, not the other way around.
@travltowhrvr: The Septa website mentions the use of prepaid cards, which is why I was a little confused. This is not a service I use regularly.Edited: 13 June 2018, 03:06
Ah got it. The prepaid cards septa is referring to is their Septa Key - these are cards you can load value or passes onto and use for transit instead of cash/tokens/etc.
You can use credit and debit cards to load the septa key at kiosks or buy one trip tickets etc (depending on location)
Sounds good. Thank you, Loonbeam. :)
Yes for sure.
