4 days in July - solo hiker - need help with itinerary

What are the must do hikes in yellow stone? Looking for some hiking recommendations (day hikes ranging from 1 mile to 12-14 miles) and any other must do things. 4 days trip, Solo hiking - something to consider, given it's a bear country. I got my reservation in Bridge Bay campground. So staying in the park. If time permits, also want to go to teton np.

Hike734's website for Yellowstone Park has 66 popular day hikes listed with statistics for each hike. Many of the hikes have video blogs too. Jake Bramante is a young man that hiked all 734 miles of trails in Glacier Park in one year. He started his website to chronicle the fete and has not gone onto other national parks. His website and map are topnotch and I would highly recommend looking through the site to see what hikes are available for you.

You will need to have bear spray with you (in front of your day pack readily accessible). If you don't want to buy a can (you can't take it on an airplane) you can rent a can through "Bear Aware" a kiosk at Canyon Village.

Bear Aware website (it also has good information about recreating in grizzly bear country)

The park recommends hiking in groups of at least 3 or more. If you choose to hike solo you need to be very aware of your surroundings at all time. You can wait at the more popular trails to for other hikers and either ask to join them or hike within eyesight distance of them.

Deb- assume we can fly with bear spray if it's in the checked luggage, correct?
