There is a TA article (slightly dated but still good info) that will outline the drive and attractions along the way. https://www.tripadvisor.com/Travel-g28926-c182361/California:United-States:Las.Vegas.To.Yosemite.National.Park.html
There are lots to see so having several nights for the trip is great.
Helped, bit not enough.
It is 2 nights... too long drives.
Accommodation Cancellations in Yosemite Valley are common, they are also snatched up quickly.
Are you renting an RV? I might have different recommendations.Edited: 07 November 2021, 01:09
Lone Pine is quite far from LA and too close to Mammoth. Is there any place closer to LV for the last night.
Also, we are looking at two lodges in Yosemite:
1. 3-star Yosemite View
2. 4-star Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite, which looks nicer
3. The Ahwahnee
Is there a difference in their locations and access to the park?

Tenaya's location is also good?
Did you see the lodging topic? It includes drive time to Yosemite Valley.
Assuming you don't want to backtrack...
Monday. Yosemite Valley. Stay Yosemite Valley.
Tuesday. Tuolumne Meadows and a bit of the Eastern Sierra. Stay Bishop or Lone Pine.
Wednesday. Thru Death Valley to LV
What do you mean by "not really"?
