I was planning to spend 4 days in Yosemite - beginning June 4-June 8th. However I am starting rethinking but since there is not guarantee that Tioga Road will be open at the beginning of the June . Should be postponed it to end of June ? All advices highly appreciated. Thank you .

Lodging is more important than the opening of Tioga Road. While it's possible that Tioga Road will be open by early June, it's likely that trails will still have snow, slush, and/or mud. What are your plans for this part of Yosemite.
Waterfalls will probably have more water in early June compared to late June.

If not, you may look at mid June on....
its very likely however that the road will be open by Memorial Day,

although december was a great month for snow, its been slim for January.
If this trend continues, the road will be open.
