There are only a few options once you reach South America. Depending on airline you will most likely go through Buenos Aries EZE international then have to transfer to the domestic airport AEP ( depending on traffic about an hour taxi ride). Then fly to Ushuaia.

I used Air Canada ( best pride at the time) Cleveland to Toronto to São Paulo to Buenos Aires, then Argentina Air to Ushuaia.

Most Antarctic Peninsula cruses are good. Get a small ship under 200 passenger. As small as you can get. There are 100 person limits on landings. I used and lived Poseidon Sea Spirit, older smaller ship great expedition crew and staff.
