Is daily 5 time prayers perform in Masjid-e-Ebrahim?

I assume so, yes, because it is listed as being closed to visitors during prayer times.

Note that for a small number of days each year the whole building is closed to Muslims and open to Jews, on major Jewish holidays. On a corresponding number of major Islamic holidays the whole building is open to Muslims and closed to Jews. The rest of the year it is split between the two religions, with each being barred from the other’s side of the building.

Thanks. I was trying to find both side daily prayer time schedule and could not have any detail info. Which website I should look for detail info about that place for tourist?

Yescthere are prayers 5 times a day. As a Muslim you are aware that the hour of prayer changes daily. If you read Arabic there is probably a clock referring to prayer times in Israel,and specifically Hebron.
