It's impossible to visit (or even talk about) Hebron without getting into politics, and any organization offering tours there will have its own agenda. If you want balanced, the closest you're likely to get is the Dual Narrative tour.

So far as I know, Abraham Tours is the prime company running it, and any others offering it may just be a reseller for it.
The Hebron Fund mentioned in # 2 is an American group that supports the Jewish community in Hebron. Its’ tours are a joint effort between the community and the group,
