Hi first time to Turkey and staying at Paloma Renaissance for 5 nights this tuesday. Anyone stayed there and any tips please for us newbies?
You've picked a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting.
We stayed there back in 2013 and loved it. Here's the link to my review if you're interested.
Only thing is we were there during the summer season, so I'm not sure how much of the place will be open at this time of year as they will be on winter concept still.
It's had a full refurb since we were there so should be even better now. I've stayed iin 3 different Paloma hotels and they are a very good chain.
I would definitely return.
Have a fantastic trip,
Thanks Em. Read your review. We aren't expecting everything to be up and running when we are there so that's no problem. Hope the room is ok though.
What room type have booked?
As I said they've all been updated, I think about 2 years ago, so a lot more modern than we stayed in. But some in the main building do have very small balconies, so if you've booked main building it may be worth emailing before you go to request a larger one.
They get a lot of returning guests in winter season so I'm sure it'll be great.
It doesn't say main building. Just says twin room. I think the main building rooms were extra so we didn't bother.
Thanks again for the info, much appreciated.Edited: 27 February 2017, 01:11
Em thanks but it won't open for me. Maybe it's because I'm on a mobile? Do you know the email for the hotel so I can ask about a big balcony please?
Yes it's firstname.lastname@example.org
You might also find the palomahotels.com website useful too.
There is also a free Paloma app
