Horrible in every way! We’d paid $300 extra for “premium” and confirmation we received reflected the correct seats — two aisles across from each other. But we were given a boarding pass upon arrival at airport in middle and window seats!!!
Flight attendant and other crew completely uncaring.
We were at least hoping that 2nd half of flight (1 hour stop in Puerto Mont to disembark some passengers and for others to come on board). Nope; stuck there in bad seats that flight too.

To make it even worse, we hadn’t been warned there’s NO food or beverage service on the flights. We finally figured out that some yucky microwaveable packaged thing (think convenience store barely edible junk) might be available but apparently had sold-out before I’d asked. ???!???!!!
Never ever again !
