WORST AIRLINE COMPANY I had a flight with is SKY Airlines!
8 months of calls with them to process a refund for a system error with my ticket and extra charges they needed to refund me (after also making me take a flight the following day for another of their system mistakes).
I told them that if they don't process my refund soon I will have to hire a lawyer and sue them for the tens of hours of my time I lost for their incompetence.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever seen!
