WORST AIRLINE COMPANY I had a flight with is SKY Airlines!

8 months of calls with them to process a refund for a system error with my ticket and extra charges they needed to refund me (after also making me take a flight the following day for another of their system mistakes).

I told them that if they don't process my refund soon I will have to hire a lawyer and sue them for the tens of hours of my time I lost for their incompetence.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever seen!

WATCH OUT IF YOURE CALLING SKY AIRLINES! Our trip with Sky itself was great, but when we tried to call the airline to check on our tickets we wound up calling what turned out to be a scam phone number. They tried telling us that our reservation was only for flying standby and that if we wanted to confirm our flight we'd have to pay $1600 or risk losing our seats. Luckily we didn't pay but it was nerve-wracking because we didn't have another number for sky and couldn't confirm our flight until we were at the airport. Be careful!

Customer service is a joke. I had trouble with the site as payment was taken but I was never given a booking reference. I got through to customer service and they must have completed it manually.
Later on when my boarding pass became available I noticed they never put through the 23kg bag I paid for.

I got back in contact with them and they kept denying that I paid for it. Even though I was able to look at booking price again and it was all still the same price that I had booked at. I was even able to break it down to the exact amount but yet they still refused the fact that I paid for it.
Now to add to it, the price of the 23kg bag has increased 55%

I could not book extra weight with Booking.com so I paid this airline directly. I had to do webchat to get proof I had paid for a second suitcase in the hold as it was not automatic. When I get to the ticket desk on the way back they deny I have paid for another suitcase (despite my having the paperwork on me) (and despite me getting 2 cases in the hold on the way there) so I paid them 60 dollars for nothing. Fortunately the second case was small enough to go in the cabin. When I get home I try their webchat to sort this and they give you their reply and then cut you off so you cannot reply back. They said I should take it up with Booking.com. They seem to think the customer is always wrong. I shall try LATAM next time.

Horrible in every way! We’d paid $300 extra for “premium” and confirmation we received reflected the correct seats — two aisles across from each other. But we were given a boarding pass upon arrival at airport in middle and window seats!!!

Flight attendant and other crew completely uncaring.

We were at least hoping that 2nd half of flight (1 hour stop in Puerto Mont to disembark some passengers and for others to come on board). Nope; stuck there in bad seats that flight too.

Airline unresponsive to the claim filed by our travel agent

To make it even worse, we hadn’t been warned there’s NO food or beverage service on the flights. We finally figured out that some yucky microwaveable packaged thing (think convenience store barely edible junk) might be available but apparently had sold-out before I’d asked. ???!???!!!

Never ever again !
