This airline cancels flights at a whim and claims this out of their control. This is not teh firs time it has happened - we fly a lot to the channel islands - and 1 in2 flights is severely disrupted and option cancelled. To make matters worse the mile for mile the cost of these flights is extortionate

Comfy punctual flight which departed and left on time. Smooth conditions all the way with a good landing Very good price for whisky on board.

Travelled by Aurigny to Guernsey to see friends from Manchester. Can’t fault them! On time leaving Manchester, arrived early both going and coming home. Comfy flight friendly staff.

Sadly our holiday in Guernsey got off to a tragic start. The 8.25am flight was going nowhere - but passengers only got snippets of what was the problem. At first , we were told that there was a fault in the engine -then we were told the spare part was hard to get and then we were told that as a result of fixing the engine problem, one tyre has been ruined. There was a query about if a tyre could be found to replace - meanwhile passengers waited in the departure lounge of Gatwick from 7am to 7.30pm before being informed that the flight is cancelled and that we would be put up in a hotel overnight and that we would be on the 10am flight out to Guernsey.
We were given 2 coupons (£5) each . The Europa Hotel was very inadequate and we arrived hungry with the meal ending at 10pm. Passengers missed important appointments , some in tears and very irate with children tired and distressed. I hope the Airlines owns up to their incompetence in dealing with situations in a more helpful way. Staff were limited and so it took a very long time getting matters sorted.
A bad impression for my first flight on Aurigny.

As always very polite ground staff at Southampton. Delays due to fog but arrived only 2 hours late. Great pleasant aircrew and smooth flight. Heartily recommended. The Dornier works fine for what it has to do....
