Our flight was delayed 9 hours. We boarded the plane only to be told there was a technical issue and we needed to get off of the plane so they could fix it. Three hours later they told us the plane was irreparable. 9 hours later our new plane came. I received a Whatsapp message from the airline that I was entitled to compensation, it has been 3 weeks and I have reached out to customer service multiple times with no reply. Please, I beg you… fly with any other airline. Their customer service is a complete joke.
everything was terrible, the flight was delayed for more than TWO HOURS, the ac wasn't working, i travel a lot but this flight was probably the worst one!!

Because somebody forgot to check the tires and they found out at the last minute, but they need to change the tire

Was traveling only with hand luggage. Wasted hours trying to check in on line or contact them... Nothing works.
Therefore had to waste another two hours coming early to the airport and waiting in the terrible noisy que...
Then the flight was delayed more than 2 hours when all passengers were forced to move from one gate to another 3 times. Was at home 2:30a.m. instead of 11:30pm... What a total waste!!!
