They manipulate the baggage policy for their own benefit. They told us we could transfer items to our carry on bags so we can be within the weight limit for our checked bags. After we transfer our items they added all the weight of our personal bags together so we had to pay anyway. They were very rude saying we could throw our belongings away to reduce the weight. Very rude liars and manipulators.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any airport anywhere in the world. The people at the airport were very rude. I’m being kind as this is a public forum that would not be the word that I would choose to use. They told me that my bags were overweight and that they would charge me if I didn’t re-disperse the things in my checked bags, so I went ahead and did exactly what they told me. I took items out of my check bag and put them on my carry-on bag to re-disperse the weight. Then they ended up charging me €154 after doing what they told me would save me money. Never fly this airline.

The flights always go in delay without any explanations or announcements. It's a nightmare. I am very disappointed.

Our flight was delayed 9 hours. We boarded the plane only to be told there was a technical issue and we needed to get off of the plane so they could fix it. Three hours later they told us the plane was irreparable. 9 hours later our new plane came. I received a Whatsapp message from the airline that I was entitled to compensation, it has been 3 weeks and I have reached out to customer service multiple times with no reply. Please, I beg you… fly with any other airline. Their customer service is a complete joke.
