The worst airlines ever! They canceled the flight from Eilat to Tel Aviv without notice to us and we missed our connection flight out of the country during a war.
Worst flight experience of my life. Flight from TLV to Athens took 13 hours (2 failed landing attempts) due to weather conditions. Instead of suggesting a proper solution to the customers we were held in the airplane without the option to leave, get ANY food, or have accommodation somewhere else. They were not telling us what was going on, we ended up getting no responses when emailing their ‘customer service’ department (over 3 weeks with literally no response from anybody)
Never flying with them again
