“Crazy delays, extremely poor experience”

Disgusting experience.
First, the flight got delayed by 3 hours
Then the check-in staff claimed we don’t deserve a coupon for a drink and food.
Then after we boarded the plane the pilot announced there’s a mechanical problem and that engineers were requested to come over and check it.
It’s been 4 hours since the original departure time and we still have no clue when this flight will take off.

If you don’t want to ruin your vacation, do yourself a favor and don’t fly with this airline.
We will not fly with Israir again, that’s for sure!

Pay as much as you need, just don't fly with this delusional company. There is no customer service, bots laugh at you when you try to get service, I had a coupon for a flight that was canceled and for several days you could not activate it because their website did not agree to redeem the coupon for me. I contacted customer service but the bot told me it was not possible to speak to a human representative. In short, I gave up the money and vowed never to fly with them!

This airline is full of delays, It said we will depart at 19:00, before a day of our flight we got a message saying our flight is delayed 45 minutes without any reason
One we got to the airport, We saw on the screen another delay to 9:15 which is 2 hours 15 minutes after the departure time, once we arrived at the boarding time we found out that the plane didn’t arrive to the airport (It means another delay), we waited more than 45 minutes until the plane arrived and then they let us in

Disgusting company that I have ever dealt with until today, this company does not refund money for a canceled flight. Due to the fact that this company did not notify me in advance about the canceled flight, I lost money and moreover, they still has not returned the money for the canceled flight. Never, under any circumstances, use this computer.

I booked flight to go to batumi with israir and booked flight to go back with another company...
I did it from their site and I paid by the credit card and the money was taken..
I went at airport from early morning, they claim that the flight is full and the tickets are not approved and my money will be refunded and didn't give me anyway to go fly...

The worker ask to wait till the last minute so if someone will not come they will accept me,
I waited till the end and the worker said there is three passengers did not come, so he asked the manager to accept me and another one with the same story,

The manager refused and said that maybe at the last second the passengers will come to the door of the airplane!!!!!
He was so rude...

My vacation and all the arrangements are really spoiled and I loose all the money that I booked with for the hotel and the flight to come back😓 ..
