Terrible, unreliable company. Always late and half of the time they don't bother to inform you about the delay.
( Food, drinks, and luggage are not included, but that's qt least is expected)

Terrible customer service. I'm entitled to compensation due to long delay. They are impossible to reach, via all communication channels.

Terrible service. Flight time was changed. That made the connection impossible. Good luck trying to talk to a representative. It took a hour on an international call. When they finally and hung up. answered they said - too bad. Tough luck. Do your best not to fly with that company

To say that they are thiefs and liars would be a friendly way of describing what I went through on my flight to Georgia. When I came to the flight they have told me that I have to add $400 for One direction because the flight number has been changed , not only does that not make sense it's just a straight out lie and an attempt to steal my money... I have never seen anything like it in any other company in the world, just a disgrace.
I will never fly with these people again even if I have to swim....

This Airline charged me $417 for excess baggage when I didn't even check in a bag because all I took was carry on. Absolute crooks
