One of the most convenient flights ever taken. On time and quick service onboard. Great crew as well

My dream was to see Himalaya from top, was fulfilled 2nd time on 03/02/2019 from Delhi to Leh. When plane take off from Delhi airport the weather was foggy & I was disappointed.When we crossed Chandigarh, saw clear weather from plane window.Soon mighty Himalaya was in sight & I glued to plane window with my DSLR.

Another good airline to fly. The aircraft is well maintained. The ground and flight crew are really couteous.

We were flying from Ahmedabad to Mumbai on Wednesday 27th March, 2019. Me and my husband were on business and due to heavy traffic in Ahmedabad we barely made it to the gate. On entering the aircraft we noticed that there were mosquitoes flying all around. It gave me a very creepy feeling. On seating I called for the hostess requesting her to give me a glass of water, to my surprise she says I will assist you later and kept on adjusting the bags overhead which looked pointless...after waiting for more then 5 minutes I had to tell her to do the needful as I was really uncomfortable. She got me the glass of water (the paper cup which hardly hold a sip of water) with a frown on her face. I think the days are gone where customers were treated well by the crew on flights. Will avoid Go Air in future for sure.

I was travelling to Hyderabad - Bengaluru from Delhi (Terminal T2) in early hours of the day. Unfortunately I missed the flight. The staff at the ticket counter (Ankush Kakkar & Sanjogotta Bhalla) welcomed me nicely and addressed my grievance humbly. They managed to book the next flight available for Hyderabad in next hour (subject to availaibility). I was so worried for I had my official meetings scheduled but their kind gesture made my morning as well as day cheerful. Thank You Go Air. Keep up the good work!!
