My family was travelling to Maldives in the month of June. We had a connecting flight from DEL-MUMBAI-MALE . We reached Mumbai from Delhi at 9 am and when we went to collect our boarding pass from Mumbai to Male we were shocked to know that there was no flight to Male on that day. The GoAir authorities took us out of the airport and told us to enquire from their counter outside the airport. We were helpless standing at an unknown place with 2 children. We booked another flight from different airlines and reached Male. GoAir refused to refund our money and caused us a lot of harassment with the brainless females sitting at their call centres. We have pledged never ever to book through GoAir again.
