I Had a business meeting on 21st March in Ahmedabad post which I was travelling to Bangalore via Mumbai connected flight. Ahmedabad to Mumbai flight got delayed three times. I was of apprehension that I might miss the connected flight, so I have approached the counter to enquire regarding delays. Person at the counter mentioned that my flight will reach on time to catch the connecting flight. By the time flight landed in Mumbai my connecting flight has already taken off.
This is not the issue anyway. After this I have faced series of worst experences:
Experience 1: when I approached the Go First counter that transfer gate checkin machine is showing top late and not allowing entry, Attendant just issued me a boarding pass and told you can go to gate 9. Guess what flight already took off but she still issued me a boarding pass to catch the flight that already took off.
Experience 2: When I approached the duty manager of Gofirst regarding the incident he atleast could not get time to talk to my face on the issue. All the time he is looking at mobile and said u have to catch next flight sometime in morning.
Experience 3: when I am registering a complaint about staff behaviour at counter they are not providing details of duty manager as well to register a formal complaint via mail.
