I have to say when I looked up the airplane it sent my stress levels out the roof. Booking, easy, check-in, easy, no delays, no issues - other that I'm terrified of flying! And doing it alone for the first time in 15 years. Once on board I told the air stewardess about my fear and to be honest the rest was history. She was absolutely fantastic, chatted to me to take my mind off it when she had time and genuinely cared about everyone on the flight and ensuring we were relaxed. Now many of you will say it's only an hour in a plane, but as someone who is just absolutely terrified that means nothing, 1 hour feels like a lifetime. This lady was also on my flight home and I can't thank her enough for everything she did for me, she may not see it as much but it meant the world to me! I just didn't get her name but thank you xxx

Over many years in and out of Paris Charles de Gaulle airport on many different airlines it took BMI to show me the Poor Man's Corner Terminal: Terminal Three! A terminal completely seperate from the modern well designed Terminals 1,2 and 4.
If you are going into Paris the sensible way is by the very good French Rail System
but to get there from Terminal Three (hauling luggage in pouring rain!) is a fifteen minute trudge through tunnels and across the Bus Station to Terminal Two where the Rail-to-Paris is. FlyBe is better served in Terminal 2!

The website is not so user friendly for web check in. I had no time to check in online and I couldn't do it with a self check in at the airport. Plane old and not properly clean. In late. I booked few days in advance but the price was high (around 300 euro).

My morning flight home with BMI was cancelled just after midnight. I received one text from the third party I booked with. No communication, no back up, no help whatsoever from the airline - I still don't actually know why they cancelled the flight. I ended up having to book an indirect flight home with another airline, which cost a fortune and took 8 hours. Trying to work out how to get compensation. Their website let me put in my text then threw me out. My short message asking for an email address has an autoresponse saying they currently have a response time of 30 days to emails. Thoroughly unreliable airline with shocking customer service. I will never trust them again.

Efficient flight. On time, good level of service from staff both at check in and on the flight itself. Baggage allowance included is appropriate. Pricing also good.
