Subject to delay with no explanation given. Elderly prop driven aircraft but good in-flight service. Would fly with them again

This is a very small airline from Turks and Caicos, now serving the East Caribbean, this is no airline for such people who like the big airplanes. Their turbo props are a little noisy but takes you from point A to B to C. Having not many choices to fly in the Caribbean this is a new one. Personally, never had issues with them except the very first flight to Jamaica few years ago. But overall is a well organized regional airline who's doing a very well job done, especially competing with LIAT, which their service has been degrading lately

The in flight service was very good. Friendly cabin personnel. Started with a small Twin Otter from St. Maarten to Tortola. Had to fill out a lengthy form just to go thru Tortola in Transit. Had to do this on the return leg as well. Then a larger Embraer aircraft to Santo Domingo where we got off the plane and onto a bus, went thru security and got back on the same plane! Finally to Provo. On the return trip, the agent in Provo made us pay US$75 to check in our carry-on which we used as a carry-on on the previous flights. This is a rip-off!! Two delayed legs out of six with one having no announcements or staff (Tortola). All in all, a mediocre performance for an airline that just started flying out of St. Maarten.

They suck I would've been better off swimming to PR, half hour flight turned into a 6hour delay,staff sucked supervisors disappeared. Chickens & cats & mice running around in the airport, worst flight experience I ever encountered. STAY AWAY from this airline!!!!!!!

Please save yourself the TIME and money !! Totally unprofessional staff. Flew out of st Martin to tortolla and from tortolla to San Juan to catch my flight to New York. Flight from st Martin to Tortola had a minor 15 minute delay but was fine! I arrived in tortolla and my 11:55 flight didn’t leave until after 5 almost 6 pm ! We never received any updates from staff about delay and any questions asked couldn’t be answered. I missed two flights out of San Juan going to New York thanks to intercaribbean and once I landed in San Juan they refused to make any arrangements for me to stay at a hotel for the night nor would they give me any money back just left me stranded in Puerto Rico. Thankfully I was able to afford a cheap hotel room. There customer service phone line was no better giving me no help what so ever I will never use them again nor should you ! Please save yourself the headache.
