On the positive the flight was good BUT we queued ready to board then at last minute were told the plane "was on the wrong stand" so sit back down. After 1 1/2 hours we finally boarded. No info about what was going on. NO commuication espcially as we had a taxi booked at the other end. Just not reliable enough.

When you read the reviews, you are scared to buy the ticket but for some routes you simply have no choice. I must have been very lucky. I took with them 4 flights during my holidays (JY705, JY743, JY764, JY712) and all were on time (one even 40 minutes ahead of time).

Booked this airline to carry me from San Juan to the BVIs and back. The flight there started out on the wrong note with counter staff insisting that I produce the same credit card I used to book the flight which I did not have. Are they afraid of charge backs? Not sure what the real reason is but it’s suspicious. Do they cancel a lot of flights and not give refunds and therefore have too many charge backs. The flight was an hour late because the staff showed up late. On the way back they targeted me for some kind of detailed search of all my possessions even though the bags were exrayed and there was nothing suspicious. Their last concern is with the passenger experience. Don’t bother with them it’s not worth it.

I travel frequently to this island and have never used
intercaribbean due to their poor scheduling and frequent cancelations. I had to this trip due to Caicos Air all booked up. They refused my return boarding despite having a confirmed booking. They will sell your reservation to locals without a reservation. This is common practice according to their Manager. Stay away!!

Flew with them multiple time. Always slow check in process, they like half asleep. Never on time, always delays, always exuses. Worst airlines ever. Obviously they do nothing to ensure good timekeeping.
